- SOFTWARE SUPPORT TERMS AND COSTS -



There is at least 30-90 days free support for all software by the software manufacturer. The Electronic Avenue, Inc. will support all hardware and software sold for lifetime. All hardware systems have a 1-3 years manufacturers warranty, which will replace the hardware during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover shipping and possibly other miscellaneous fees.  All hardware purchases are final after shipping.  
 
Most customers purchase support contracts of one kind or another. If there is not a support contract when support is needed then one hour charge minimum will be charged, at $95 per hour, before any support will be rendered (as stated below). We have to give priority to the customers who have paid for the support.

Here are the fees for several support packages which cover hardware and software:
McAfee Secure sites help keep you safe from identity theft, credit card fraud, spyware, spam, viruses and online scams
Hourly Support Rate $95
per call

One hour maximum per phone call or local site visit. Payment arrangements will be made at the time of the phone call or support will not be rendered.
Monthly Payments for Support
$50 per month

Telephone and Remote Login

Software Annual Support
$495 annually

Support for the POS software only  per location.
Telephone and Remote Login

Local Software and Hardware Annual Support
$895 annually

Local Telephone and Remote Login first and then on site support if needed for each location.

National Software Hardware on site Annual Support
$2,500 annually

National Telephone and Remote Login first and then on site support if needed for each location.

  • All payments will need to be paid up front by check, credit card or by ACH. You may also call, email or fax a check or credit card payment. Payment forms can be emailed.
  • If the time on the phone is only a yes or no type answer to a question then there will be no charge.
  • No charge for email support. If and email question is too lengthy to answer in an email then there will be no response.
  • All calls and emails will be at the discretion of The Electronic Avenue, Inc. as paid support.
